Rules of the River
Follow these simple rules and we will all have fun
- You must sign a Rental Agreement & Risk Waiver to rent a boat or tube. A parent or guardian must sign for children under the age of 16 years old.
- Maximum cooler size 12" x 12" x 12"
- No Styrofoam coolers
- Life jackets are required. We offer sizes infant to adult XL.
- Children under the age of 1 year old are not permitted on our boats.
- Minors (under 16 years old) must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
- Canoes have a maximum of 3 people. 4 people are allowed if 2 children with the combined weight of less than 100 lbs. sit in the middle.
- Swimming, diving, and jumping from boats or tubes is prohibited.
- Dogs are Welcome!
- Do not bring valuable or personal belongings that you don't want to lose or get wet. We highly suggest purchasing a dry bag (find them in the fishing/camping section of any store) or use sandwich bags.
- Late Fee: We will charge double the rental fee to anyone who does not bring back their boats/tubes by closing time.
